Job Title: Dispensary Pharmacist

Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Dispensary Pharmacist to join our team in Whitehall, PA.

Job Summary:

The Dispensary Pharmacist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while maximizing revenue goals, leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultations to patients on medical cannabis products and treatment options.
  • Mentor and motivate dispensary staff to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in medical cannabis.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and influence product sell-through.
  • Ensure accurate and helpful information is provided to patients in a caring and compassionate manner.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited university.
  • Active medical/pharmacy license and registration as a medical professional.
  • Cannabis knowledge and experience.
  • Strong compliance and regulation attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
