Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as special events and catering services.
- Follow established recipes and production schedules to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Monitor food quality and safety, adhering to HACCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food storage to ensure efficient food service operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a food services environment, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
