We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Field Technician to join our team in Kent, WA. As a key member of our construction and forestry division, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment at customer locations to ensure maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with heavy diesel equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction and forestry equipment
  • Interact with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide exceptional service
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in diagnostic software
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record (Class B CDL preferred)
  • Ability to provide own tools and equipment
