Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Manage cash flow and banking operations
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Evaluate business unit performance and analyze balance sheet accounts
  • Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Compile work papers for year-end audits
  • Support annual financial statement and SOX audits
  • Oversee accounts payable processing and analysis
  • Maintain variance analysis on financial results
  • Handle fixed asset accounting and depreciation assessments
  • Assist senior management with special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
  • 1-4+ years of experience in corporate and/or public accounting
  • CPA or MBA is advantageous
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems is essential
