About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Admitting, discharging, and transferring residents
  • • Requisitioning and administering medications
  • • Maintaining accurate medical records
  • • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
