Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our Autism/IDD programs, providing intensive treatment for children with severe behavioral challenges and skills deficits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individual and unit-wide behavioral programs
  • Conduct comprehensive, functional behavioral assessments of individuals
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to establish goals for reduction in challenging behavior and instruction in functionally equivalent responses
  • Supervise, mentor, and train staff in behavioral principles and procedures
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Masters degree with BCBA certification required
  • At least two years of experience working in the field of ABA and/or IDD, including experience performing behavioral assessments and training staff
  • Ability to attend full-time, paid new-hire orientation
  • Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for positions involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen
