As a Service Customer Representative at our Centralized Herb Chambers Service BDC, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as appointment setting for our service customers. We're looking for a "GO GETTER" with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with customers via phone, email, and texting to schedule service appointments.
  • Basic customer service follow-up calls after service visits.
  • Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments.
  • Perform courtesy calls to inform guests of maintenance due and recall reminders.
  • Daily and monthly performance reporting.
