Job Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager is tasked with orchestrating and executing comprehensive facility solutions. This position is pivotal in steering the operations of facility accounts, ensuring that all areas of responsibility align with set objectives and meet client expectations.

  • Assess client needs and communicate operational advancements. Deliver and embody the principles of exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in planning and providing information as the standard selling model is applied during client interactions.
  • Support initiatives for new business development and client retention.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage budgets, ensuring cost controls regarding labor, supplies, and inventory.
  • Oversee the completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements, with accountability for achieving client and company financial targets.
  • Adopt all company processes and systems, minimizing custom or manual reporting.
  • Comprehend performance metrics, data, and inventory trends; educate teams on key factors to enhance margins.
  • Create value through efficient operations, effective cost management, and profit oversight.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience, with up to 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
