Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet and direct patients to their appointments, manage the daily clinic schedule, and update physician schedules.
- Patient Communication: Interface with patients, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Chart Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, review charts for completeness, and ensure all necessary information is available for physician review.
- Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, and assist with billing and reimbursement processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, administrators, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal revenue management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Three years of recent experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong organizational and time management capabilities.
