Key Responsibilities:

- Independently process and finalize loans within a complex operational environment.
- Engage in daily loan transaction processing, which may involve booking cash transactions, making payments, performing loan reconciliations, and entering general ledger entries.
- Interact with other parties regarding positions and outstanding balances or claims.
- Support a diverse range of products and services related to risk and control.
- Follow established protocols to identify and resolve issues related to loan documentation and processing that require investigation.
- Provide recommendations to management for process enhancements.
- Analyze moderately complex loan documentation reports to meet management requirements and support control activities.
- Make evaluative judgments based on factual analysis and assist in implementing improvements to loan documentation processes.
- Minimize risk through a comprehensive understanding of procedural requirements and monitor errors to propose solutions.
- Timely manage and escalate all requests and issues related to loan processing.
- Engage directly with external clients to convey or clarify information.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
