About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Real Estate Sales team. As a Transaction Coordinator Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing the sales process, overseeing transactions from start to finish, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage and track transactions from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain and update transaction timelines, preparing and filing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Input new property listings and update existing ones, including uploading media (photos, virtual tours, etc.).
  • Order home warranties as needed for new listings.
  • Collect necessary materials and information from clients to list properties effectively.
  • Schedule property showings and coordinate related activities (e.g., open houses).
  • Act as the point of contact between the Real Estate Sales Professional and external partners, including attorneys, lead generation services, marketing teams, and media outlets.
  • Ensure contracts are processed efficiently from initiation to closing, keeping track of all deadlines.
  • Monitor the progress of sales processes to ensure timely completion and smooth execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to inbound leads, facilitating communication between sales professionals and clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong administrative or project management experience valuable.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 15 lbs.
  • A valid driver's license required for this role.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
