Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Experience in restoration is highly valued.
  • Background in cleaning or moving services is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a world-class team.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IICRC Training & Designations are advantageous (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability for on-call duty one week per month as part of a 24/7 Emergency Services Company.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a collaborative and team-oriented environment within the department and organization.
  • Work alongside the Mitigation Manager on estimates according to carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, and restoration.
  • Assist in job scheduling and coordination with the Mitigation Manager.
  • Oversee pack-outs/pack-ins, inventory assessment, and classification of cleaning types.
  • Process customer contents, assist with inventory, and maintain documentation.
  • Restore homes and commercial properties post-damage.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters.
  • Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist with issue resolution and provide professional insights.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries and concerns, resolving them efficiently.
  • Respect and care for customer belongings throughout the restoration process.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of clean and properly stocked trucks and equipment.
  • Manage projects and supervise existing teams.
