About Our Job: We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Addison Group. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners to promote a positive work environment.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and employees to ensure consistency in HR practices.
  5. Develop and implement DEI initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years' experience in an HR Leadership role, SHRM-CP or PHR certification, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Compensation: $30-$40 per hour, up to $90k salary conversion, depending on experience and qualifications.
