Operational Duties
  • Processing customer transactions accurately at the cash register.
  • Handling cash transactions, including returns, exchanges, and refunds as necessary.
  • Recommending additional products to enhance customer purchases.
  • Utilizing pharmacy systems to check on prescription statuses.
  • Reporting any prescription discrepancies to the pharmacist immediately.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and pharmacy area.
  • Following company protocols to prevent loss and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assisting in inventory management and product displays.
Training and Development
  • Participating in training sessions and completing required learning modules.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Walgreens operations is a plus.
