As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
* Transform the lives of patients and residents daily while fostering meaningful relationships with them and their families.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, dieticians, and therapists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Position Highlights:
* Provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient/family satisfaction.
* Assess patients to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
* Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
* Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
* Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.

Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification (full-time, part-time, or casual), job grade, location, and length of service.
Qualifications:
* Must be a graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
* Must hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing or be in the process of obtaining licensure as a practical nurse.
* Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
* Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed in a skilled nursing facility or as required by state regulations in assisted living settings.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Target: $33.00 per hour
