About the Role
As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and comprehensive patient care
- Providing expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members and facilitating a culture of continuous learning
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research to inform your care and stay ahead of the curve
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution (BSN or higher)
- A current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- 1-3 years of critical care experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care
- BCLS, ACLS, or PALS certification (or equivalent)
