Position Overview

Flowers Early Learning, previously recognized as Tri-County Head Start, is a dedicated non-profit organization situated in Southwest Michigan. We operate under a federal grant from the Office of Head Start, with a vision to foster progressive educational initiatives within our communities.

Our volunteers represent the cornerstone of our organization, playing an essential role in the effectiveness of both Head Start and Early Head Start programs. We invite caregivers, families, friends, and local community members to engage in various volunteer opportunities within our framework. Volunteers contribute to a range of activities, including classroom support, outdoor events, field excursions, and administrative tasks. Additionally, caregivers and community participants can take part in parent committees and the Policy Council.
