We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Pike Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working collaboratively with our skilled nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to document care accurately. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment is preferred, but not required. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including an estimated $15.50 - $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

  • Salary: Estimated $31,200 - $35,400 per year, based on 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year
  • Job Requirements:

Fundamental Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Delaware
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with geriatric populations
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
