Salary: $25.81 per hour/ $52,000 annually

We are seeking experienced professionals to support business-to-business relations with insurance agents throughout the country. As a Commercial Agency Support Specialist, you will be the first contact for agents and their customers, answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience, with 1 year of experience working with an insurance agency or 1 year of previous trucking agent experience. A P&C license is preferred. You will be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, troubleshoot applications, and escalate as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to insurance agents and their customers
  • Answer coverage and underwriting questions
  • Support policy changes and troubleshooting
  • Communicate effectively with agents and customers
  • Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
