Your essential contributions to our organization:

The primary responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of the company's premises to deter unlawful activities and ensure a secure environment.
  • Promptly report any suspicious activities to the General Manager and ensure that appropriate personnel are notified without delay.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the General Manager and fellow security personnel, responding swiftly to emergency situations.
  • Accompany vendors upon their arrival to the premises.
  • Assist fire and police officials during safety drills or emergency scenarios.
  • Monitor surveillance systems for any unusual activities within the facility.
  • Prepare detailed reports of daily activities and incidents for management review.
  • Contact law enforcement or fire services in case of emergencies.
  • After hours, inspect entry points to confirm the security of the property.
  • Investigate reported suspicious incidents on the premises.
  • Legitimately detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
  • Remove unauthorized individuals, including discharged staff and trespassers, from the premises.
  • Serve as a backup delivery driver when necessary.

Additional duties as required.

Qualifications we expect you to possess:

  • All candidates must be at least 21 years of age due to legal requirements.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in security-related positions is required.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Possession of a Security Guard training certification is preferred.

  • Quickly learn and understand the layout of the property and buildings.

Work Schedule/Location:

  • Availability to be on-site throughout the week is required.
