Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assess building systems to identify areas for improvement and develop maintenance schedules.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and develop corrective actions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar position required.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • CAMT certification preferred.
  • HVAC certification required.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $30.00 per hour.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties.
