The Vehicle Operations Specialist is responsible for the management and upkeep of our automotive inventory. This role involves ensuring that all vehicles are maintained in optimal condition and supporting the management team as needed. To excel in this position, the individual must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential responsibility effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the aesthetic and operational quality of both new and pre-owned vehicles by performing thorough cleaning of interiors and exteriors, checking and replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries when required.
- Affix buyer guides and stock tags to vehicles as necessary.
- Organize and maintain the vehicle lots in a tidy manner, repositioning cars as directed by management to adhere to dealership display standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of driveways and walkways, addressing snow and debris as needed.
- Transport vehicles to and from service areas and parking lots as required.
- Create and manage key tags for all vehicles.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Possession of a clear and valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 20 years of driving experience.
