Job Description

**Job Summary**

Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of our products on schedule, on budget, and meeting market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product definers and customers to set project scope and requirements.
  • Work with functional area managers to identify needed resources.
  • Engage with functional area leaders to build and drive the program to completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to program success.
  • Advise and report on program progress and priorities.
  • Track all items required for NPI.
  • Ensure adherence to NPI process and industry standards.
  • Provide regular communication to senior leaders and customers on program progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Solve problems.
  • Anticipate and prevent problems before they manifest.
  • React to and coordinate solutions with managers and technical leaders.
  • Drive improvements in our processes.
  • Perform end-of-project reviews to identify and close gaps in our processes and milestone signoffs.
  • Partner with functional area leaders and peer program managers to align and refine best practices for new product introduction.
