Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Specialist to join our team at S2Technologies. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Joint Electromagnetic Readiness (JEMR) operations and be able to provide expert advice on electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and be able to analyze and report assessments over the full spectrum of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing research and analysis on EMS issues and developing strategies to mitigate gaps and vulnerabilities of identified JEMSO capabilities.
  • Assessing Multi-Service and Joint TTPs to address focus area requirements.
  • Coordinating with Joint Staff and OSD to determine and evaluate JEMSO readiness metrics.

The successful candidate will be a United States citizen with a TS security clearance and eligibility for SCI, SAP, and SAR accesses. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least twenty years of demonstrated relevant experience in JEMSO operations are required.
