We are seeking a skilled Regulated Packaging Technician to join our team at Applied Biologics. In this role, you will be responsible for the packaging of conventional allografts in accordance with company SOPs, FDA, AATB, and state rules and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with FDA, AATB, OSHA, cGTP, and state rules and regulations at all times.
  2. Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Quality Assurance Manager in packaging allografts for distribution according to company SOPs.
  3. Support the team in completing assigned tasks to meet the company goals.
  4. Support the Director of Operations in tracking and ordering supplies and materials used during production and packaging to ensure adequate inventory is kept - avoiding disruption to production schedule.
  5. Work with the Director of Operations in packaging production supplies for sterilization. Maintain open communication with management on packaging issues.
  6. Responsible for completing packaging forms accurately and in a timely manner using current and approved forms and submitting them to the Operations Director for review.
  7. Responsible for documenting all process deviations from standard procedures and reporting all deviations for investigation.
  8. Responsible for maintaining and cleaning equipment used in packaging.
  9. Develop skills in all areas including ambient packaging, sterilization packaging, labeling, and production run preparation.
  10. Be cross-trained in other critical functions of production and packaging.
  11. Complete all necessary safety and job-specific training and re-training annually.
