- Manage the processing of hoses within Autoclaves, adhering strictly to equipment specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Execute tasks in alignment with the First-in, First-Out (FIFO) protocol for Preform Hoses.
- Ensure Autoclave operations align with daily and weekly production schedules, promptly informing supervision of any major deviations.
- Conduct periodic process measurements as stipulated in SOPs and work instructions.
- Oversee Autoclave settings to guarantee compliance with specifications and quality standards for bulk hoses.
- Ensure proper labeling of all materials, components, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the production stages.
- Complete all necessary production and quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including SAP transactions.
- Report any safety, quality, or production issues to the Shift Supervisor.
- Engage in auditing processes as required and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a tidy workspace, emphasizing cleanliness and organization.
- Implement 5S principles to ensure an orderly work environment.
- Education: A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Basic data entry capabilities and fundamental math skills are required.
- Other Skills: Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and SOPs is essential. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are also required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
