This position requires 100% travel. The schedule consists of 10 consecutive working days followed by 4 days off.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the assigned crew by furnishing tools, materials, and supplies.
- Clean work area, machines, and tools.
- Hold materials or tools for other workers.
- Perform traffic control duties as directed by the crew leader.
- Familiarity with hand tools, ladders, and vehicles.
- Ability to work safely, with or without supervision.
- Ability to work standing, at shoulder height and overhead, for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and manipulate lasher and other cable placement equipment.
- Excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to fully understand and operate equipment, including an aerial lift device, lasher, and hand tools.
