Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our extensive range of tools and accessories.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales, and customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely climb up/down a ladder and operate a forklift (certification provided).
