Clinical Director Leader for Senior Healthcare

Overview of the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our senior healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of clinical leadership, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team of medical directors and clinicians.
Job SummaryThe Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple centers within an assigned market, ensuring successful clinical outcomes and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Clinical Teams: Directly supervising, performance managing, and training Clinical Directors within the assigned market.
- Clinical Operations: Ensuring successful clinical operations, meeting/exceeding plan market earnings, and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Talent Development: Managing, mentoring, and coaching Medical Directors to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Culture and Engagement: Cultivating a center-level physician culture that aligns with ChenMed's core model, core values, and service standards.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, with 3 years preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing a team of medical directors and clinicians.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and comfortable with keyboarding.
We prefer candidates with:
- Board eligibility and certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- Previous experience as a Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in quality improvement and/or medical/healthcare leadership activities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, career development opportunities, and a bonus structure based on performance.
