Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases to ensure thorough test coverage. Provide direction to developers to implement solutions that meet requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and document business needs and objectives, operational processes and procedures, problems, and requirements. Understand the business case and gaps in documented business processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and document processes and procedures related to Business Analysis and Quality Assurance standards. Prepare release documentation in advance of production deployment.
Requirements:
  • Windows Server Experience: Proficiency in Windows Server is required.
  • Database Testing Experience: Intermediate-level experience with database testing, including tables, views, stored procedures, and SQL jobs.
  • Test Strategy and Test Data Preparation/Management Experience: Intermediate-level experience with test strategy, test data preparation, and management.
  • Agile Methodology Experience: Intermediate-level experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
  • MS Office Experience: Intermediate-level experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Database Testing Experience: Experience with database testing, including indexes, triggers, and SQL jobs.
  • Business Intelligence, ETL, and Reporting Testing Experience: Experience with business intelligence, ETL, and reporting testing, including Tableau, SSIS, and SSRS.
  • Automation Testing Experience: Experience with automation testing, including UI (Selenium), web services (Postman, SoapUI), and load/performance testing (Jmeter).
  • TFS/VSTS/Azure DevOps Experience: Intermediate-level experience with TFS/VSTS/Azure DevOps, including Agile lifecycle model and test/defect management.
