Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware to the highest standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
  • Waste Management: Empties all trash in the kitchen and cleans and maintains trash cans to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during the shift as needed and work collaboratively to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
