JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SAFETY SUPERVISOR

The Safety Supervisor reports directly to the Team Leader, Manager, and Director of Altitude Trampoline Park.

Responsibilities of the Safety Supervisor include:

Ensuring the park is active and secure by:
  • Communicating and enforcing all park regulations and safety rules in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintaining the safety of guests in and around jumping surfaces and foam pits
  • Staying alert and using all senses while monitoring the park
  • Completing the trampoline safety checklist at the start of each shift and reporting any issues to the supervisor
  • Collaborating with other safety supervisors during special events
Creating a fun atmosphere by:
  • Engaging with customers and ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Interacting playfully with children
  • Being courteous and explaining the reasons behind safety rules when necessary
Acting as the park's safety inspector by:
  • Reporting any potentially hazardous conditions to the Team Leader, Manager, and Director
  • Documenting equipment inspections
  • Performing routine maintenance on park attractions
Serving as the park's first responder by:
  • Responding to emergencies by signaling for assistance
  • Handling incidents according to training protocols
  • Ensuring all injury reports are completed accurately
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding any injuries or medical treatment
Being responsible by:
  • Attending all scheduled staff meetings
  • Participating in and assisting with staff training
  • Finding a substitute if unable to work and completing the necessary forms
