Job Overview
Acumatica is on the lookout for an Events and Sponsorship Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various Acumatica-hosted, partner-hosted, and hospitality events, in addition to managing specific Acumatica sponsorship and promotional initiatives.
This role requires a proficient project manager with exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of how events and sponsorships can enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and stimulate demand generation.
Reporting Structure
This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Events & Sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned Acumatica-hosted, partner-hosted, and hospitality events, as well as specific sponsorship and promotional initiatives.
- Comprehend the scope and operational necessities for each event or program, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and essential deliverables from cross-functional teams.
- Identify key stakeholders and collaborate with various departments, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, Marketing Operations, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish clear objectives for each event or program and effectively communicate those plans and outcomes with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends that can enhance and evolve Acumatica's events and sponsorship strategies.
