Senior Research Coordinator Opportunity at NYU Langone

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is one of the nation's top-ranked medical schools, with a rich history of training physicians and scientists who have made significant contributions to the field of medicine.

As a Senior Research Coordinator at NYU Langone, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of research projects, including those focused on improving low-income Chinese immigrant health. Your responsibilities will include coordinating communications and activities with study implementation sites and academic and community partners, as well as supervising research support staff and interns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project agreements, purchase requisitions, and invoice payments
  • Manage administrative tasks, including supplies, printing orders, and mailings
  • Organize and maintain project materials on internal and external shared drives
  • Coordinate schedules, activities, and logistics for virtual and in-person meetings and events
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of community health workers, project assistants, trainees, and interns/volunteers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of progressively responsible related experience coordinating clinical/research trials studies
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Internet applications and research-related software, such as SPSS, NVivo, Dedoose, Endnote, and REDCap
  • Competency in using Google Drive office suite (docs, slides, and sheets) and knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Certification preferred
