Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the showroom team and ensuring the overall success of the retail location. This individual will be instrumental in driving sales and providing a high-touch retail experience.

As a passionate ambassador for RevZilla, you will possess extensive product knowledge and demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities. Our ideal candidate will inspire and lead the team by consistently delivering excellent customer service, creating a showroom experience that is truly podium-worthy.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a role model for team members, exemplifying the RevZilla brand through exceptional service.

- Assist in managing showroom staff functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.

- Drive sales by communicating daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to the team, and assist with merchandising and cash management.

- Provide personalized sales support by actively listening to customers and recommending products based on their needs.

- Educate customers about premium motorcycle gear, focusing on fitment and features relevant to their motorcycle lifestyle.

- Stay informed about company communications, events, and product offerings, becoming a valuable resource for both customers and the team.

- Facilitate learning and development for sales associates by addressing knowledge gaps and providing ongoing education.

- Maintain expert-level knowledge of RevZilla's product offerings and assist in training other team members.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management; experience in motorcycle retail is preferred.

- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a specialty or sales-driven environment.

- A genuine passion for protective motorcycle gear and a friendly, upbeat personality.

- A self-starter who consistently delivers a personalized, high-touch retail experience.

- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel) and POS systems; experience with RetailPro is a plus.

- Knowledge of motorcycles and riding is strongly preferred.

- Availability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
