Work Hours:
9 AM to 5 PM

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience:
1-3 years in a relevant accounting role

Responsibilities Include:
  • Review, analyze, and post journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Maintain and reconcile cash accounts, including daily verification of deposits and payments.
  • Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.
  • Manage and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain and reconcile fixed assets.
  • Conduct inventory and sales analysis and reporting.
  • Review, analyze, and record credit card transactions.
  • Analyze Accounts Payable and Receivable reporting against sub ledger.
  • Perform expense and variance analysis against budget/prior year.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
  • Provide assistance to external auditors by gathering necessary account information and documents for annual audits.
  • File sales and other taxes for various states.
  • Undertake ad hoc reporting, analysis, and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
