Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare apartments for new occupants by ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed.
  • Address and resolve work orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies to ensure readiness for maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct routine preventive maintenance.
  • Supervise external contractors when necessary to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are positive, team-oriented, and maintain a professional demeanor. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. The following are essential:

  • At least two years of multifamily maintenance experience, including plumbing and electrical work.
  • Valid EPA certification.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Availability for weekend work and on-call emergency maintenance rotation.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $26.00 per hour
