- Provide expert legal guidance on complex cases, including litigation and dispute resolution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve case outcomes and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Juris Doctor degree or LLM and a minimum of 5 years of general/auto civil litigation experience
- Active license to practice law in California
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience handling all aspects of litigation, including expert discovery and trial, in moderate to high complexity lawsuits
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of medical and other technical information
- Thorough understanding and excellent working knowledge of applicable laws and rules (e.g. evidence, civil procedure, trial practice, and tort)
- Ability to execute organizational strategy and drive business results
- Proven communication and leadership qualities with ability to work within a team-based environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $188,820 - $209,800/year, plus a gainshare bonus up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance. Our benefits package includes:
