- Perform routine reviews of physician orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare agencies, providing exceptional customer service and communication.
- Model a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and resident-centered care.
- Current RMA or RN/LPN license
- Current adult CPR certification
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn computer programs
- UAI/ISP certification or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
