We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Project Manager RN to join our team at Regal Medical Group. This dynamic position supports clinical programs and services, quality improvement initiatives, and medical management within our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead new and ongoing projects under the direction of the VP of Clinical Operations and Medical Directors.
- Coordinate efforts of internal teams and guide resources to promote optimal inpatient and outpatient care management.
- Liaise between internal departments to facilitate organizational communication and improvement.
- Identify opportunities for the development and implementation of new approaches that improve efficiencies and production while maintaining quality.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Participate in on-site and off-site meetings/events as part of building and maintaining normal business relationships with the network.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university highly preferred.
- 2-3 years of outpatient case management experience highly preferred.
- 2-3 years of acute care experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of Managed Care experience highly preferred.
- Valid CA Driver's License and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet team deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with all members of the healthcare team.
