Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team at Harvard University's John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The successful candidate will be part of the Nano-Design Group, led by Prof. Gage Hills, and will focus on designing and testing high-speed transceiver circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-speed transceiver circuits for high-performance electronic-photonic integrated circuits.
  • Develop on-chip high-accuracy controllable oscillators for modulation and digital logic.
  • Design and implement on-chip wireless communication systems.
  • Collaborate with the research team to advance the field of high-speed transceivers and integrated circuits.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Experience with integrated optics and photonics, electro-optical modulators, and electronic design automation tools.
  • Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and noise analysis.
  • Ability to expand technical skillset into new areas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and mentorship skills.
