Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and make informed decisions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, address concerns, and ensure seamless transitions.
- Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and unlicensed personnel to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
