We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Assess resident needs and develop care plans to meet those needs, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life.
- May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, with multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
