As the first point of contact for patients and families, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet patients and families in person.
  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide information about services, policies, and procedures, as well as answer general questions.
  • Collect and process payments, manage cash receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree in a related field preferred.
  • One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and financial software a plus.
