We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll tip payments and funding, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Work with our third-party vendor to resolve payroll tip discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Process garnishments, coordinate with the legal team, and ensure accurate record changes.
- Prepare net pay and tax funding for on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers and respond to payroll inquiries.
- 2-5 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Strong accounting and Excel skills.
- Understanding of the payroll process and ability to use PeopleSoft and ADP tools.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Payroll Certification (FPC or CPP).
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources.
