Overview of the Payroll Specialist Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you'll ensure smooth and accurate payroll processes for a large team dedicated to transformative work. The Payroll Specialist will manage:
- Processing payroll biweekly for 1,200 employees, reviewing, batching, and submitting timecards via UKG.
- Preparing detailed payroll reports for accurate tracking.
- Assisting in payroll audits and tax preparation to maintain compliance and streamline operations.
Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist
What We're looking for a Payroll Specialist with:
- 4+ years of payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience with UKG (a significant advantage for the Payroll Specialist role).
