Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a Hybrid Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our team. As a frontrunner in the rehabilitative care sector, we are committed to offering innovative solutions that address the dynamic challenges faced by therapy providers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform both on-site and virtual speech-language evaluations to assess eligibility for therapy services.
  • Design, coordinate, implement, and oversee personalized care plans for each client.
  • Work effectively with children, ensuring a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Receive training, assessments, and resources as needed.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid ASHA certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a pediatric speech therapist.
  • Ongoing education and training in the field.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a clinical environment.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management abilities.
Additional Information:

Preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active NV State Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • Experience in clinical or educational settings with a successful clinical interview.
  • Technical skills to conduct teletherapy using our comprehensive platform.
  • Comfort in working with children aged 18 months and older.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Russian are advantageous but not mandatory.
