The Room Service Attendant is tasked with delivering exceptional service to guests in a polite, attentive, and efficient manner. This position involves ensuring a delightful dining experience within the comfort of the guest's room, which includes receiving and delivering food, beverages, and amenities.

  • Consistently exhibit attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards all guests.
  • Maintain a courteous and efficient demeanor in all interactions.
  • Become proficient in operating the Micros POS System.
  • Handle cashiering responsibilities, including closing checks and preparing end-of-shift documentation.
  • Execute opening and closing tasks and side-work duties as per assignment and established protocols.
  • Receive and deliver food and beverage orders to guest accommodations.
  • Adhere to tray and cart collection procedures to ensure cleanliness in all guest corridors and landings.
