Job Title: On Campus Youth Boxing Coach

Feet First Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced On Campus Youth Boxing Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for implementing our training programs for students on campus, evaluating the effectiveness of the program, and providing feedback to management.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver our training programs for students on campus, promoting resilience and well-being in youth.
  • Attend school functions as requested and set up for on-campus classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
  • Provide regular reports to managers on each session, highlighting student progress and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain training materials and resources, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Distribute assessment paperwork to students after each session and pass on assessments to managers.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in coaching youth, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, with a minimum of 3-10 hours per week.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to on-campus locations.
