Job Overview

Feet First Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Boxing Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering our training programs to students on campus, promoting resilience and well-being in youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Delivery: Implement our training programs for students on campus, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of our programs and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school administrators.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain equipment for on-campus classes, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on program progress and student outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve program delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in coaching youth, with a strong background in boxing or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule that includes after-school and day shifts, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to the Martinez Area, CA, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
